2) Furnished shared areas: equipped kitchen, dining room and living room.

3) Services:

1. Maintenance, internet, electricity, water, purified water and gas
   
2. Weekly cleaning service of shared areas (sweeping, shaking, cleaning kitchen countertops, grill, garbage removal, exterior cleaning of refrigerators, cleaning of glass and doors)
