The stay (from one night) of guests are allowed only if the guest sleeps inside the room of the Inhabitant. The Inhabitant will be solely responsible for ensuring that the Guest respects the Coexistence Agreement and the Property Regulations at all times during their stay (more than one night). Covive reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to restrict access to Guests who violate the Covive Agreement.

For the guest stay, the Inhabitant must notify Covive and the Inhabitants in writing using the form below (Annex C) through the House's WhatsApp Group of the name of the person who will sleep in their room and the period of the stay. of the guest.   In rooms with a shared bathroom, the stay of guests is NOT allowed without the express authorization of the partner with whom you share a bathroom.

If the sum of your guest's stay is greater than 7 (seven) days per month, the Inhabitant must pay Covive an additional amount to the Monthly Contribution of $2,499.99 MN (Two thousand four hundred and ninety-nine pesos, 99/100 National Currency). In rooms with a shared bathroom, if you have the express authorization of the partner with whom you share a bathroom, the additional amount also applies. In the event that the guest's stay is for more than 7 (seven) days per month, the guest must sign a document, in which the guest will assume the same obligations and responsibilities that THE INHABITANT assumes against COVIVE derived from this Contract

🧍Guest visits

Guest visits are also allowed in all Covive Houses. However, it is not allowed to have guests in shared areas after 11:00 PM (eleven at night). The Inhabitant will be solely responsible for ensuring that the guest respects the Coexistence Agreement and the Property Regulations at all times during their visit. Covive reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to restrict access to Guests who violate the Covive Agreement.
