This article describes the requirements for having meetings in the Covive House Network, in accordance with the
Coexistence Agreement
, which stipulates the following:
It is not permitted to have parties, gatherings, or play music in shared areas such as the kitchen, living room, and terrace after 11:00 PM (eleven o'clock at night).
It is not permitted to have guests in shared areas after 11:00 PM (eleven o'clock at night).
It is possible to extend the hours occasionally and accept the presence of guests on Fridays and Saturdays, but for this, it will be a requirement to give notice at least 48 hours in advance using the event request form found at the bottom of this article.
General Requirements
The event will only be permitted if there is no written objection from any resident of the House involved.
The host must fill out the form found at the bottom of the page.
The host of the meeting must be responsible for the proper use and care of the space.
The host of the meeting must be present throughout the meeting.
Meeting Requests
Meeting requests must be submitted using the form below with at least 48 hours' notice.
The request must be made by the host of the event using the following form:
