How to use the digital key?
Before your arrival, you will receive an email with instructions. Please register with the email address you provided us.
- First, download the Luckey (Sofía Locks) app on your mobile phone.
- Second, after downloading the app, it will ask you to create an account. Please create your account with the email address you provided us earlier (the same one you used to sign your contract). Attention, the email confirmation will come from Sofia part of ISEO.
- Third, before you can use your key, you will need to enter the "cvn" code that will allow you to link the doors of the House to your app.
To use your digital key, you must have internet access and have Bluetooth turned on on your cell phone. When you open your app, you will see the name of the location you have logged in to, your account information, and, most importantly, the list of smart locks in the Bluetooth range.

To enter your House and your room:
- Open your Luckey (Sofía Locks) app.
- In the "Locks" section, tap the correct smart lock on the screen. The user's smartphone will send a Bluetooth opening command to the correct smart lock and open it.
- For the opening command to be successful, the following prerequisites must be met:
- The user has a valid and active account.
- The user's Bluetooth is active on their smartphone.
- The smart lock is within Bluetooth range (up to 10 meters).
- The user has a valid credential to open that Smart Lock.
What door can I open with my cell phone?
- Users can always check which smart locks they can open by tapping the exploration button in the lower right corner and selecting "Virtual Keys." This will open the following list of the user's virtual keys along with the smart locks they can open and the dates and times the credential is valid.

What to do if I lose my cell phone?
Note: Your cell phone is the only way to access your room and the doors of the house with Luckey (Sofía Locks) technology. Always remember to carry it with you.
