How to use your Salto digital key?
Before your arrival, you will receive an email with the instructions. Please register with the email address you provided us when signing your contract.
- First, download the SALTO KS app on your mobile phone.
- Second, in the Salto app Register in with the email address you provided us earlier (when signing your contract).
This is your digital key, to use it you need to turn on your Bluetooth.
At the entrance to the house, you will find a reader, a box with numbers.
- Open your SALTO KS app, press “Mobile key”
- Place your phone close to the reader, Wait until it makes a “beep” and turns on the green light. If it turns green, push the door. If it turns red, go back to the initial step.
What other options do I have to open?
- If at any time you do not have your cell phone, we also provide you with a "Tag" (colored circle) that is your access key, you have to place it close to the reader, wait a few seconds and open the door when the light turns green.
- We also provide you with a key in advance of your arrival, you can type it in the reader to open.
- Important, remember that you have 2 ways to access your home and room, physical and digital. If you forget both or lose them and need us to open your room, this will cost $350 MXN per event.
What to do if I lose my tag?
- Submit a request to deliver a new Tag in the following link: http://covive.mx/ayuda/
- The new Tag costs $999.00 MN, a link will be provided to you so you can make your payment when you request it.
Note: The tag is the most reliable way to have access to your room and the doors of the house with Salto Ks technology. Remember to always carry it with you.
