What should I do on the day of my departure? - Check-out process

Check-out 

First of all, thank you very much for choosing us and being part of our community. In order to make your check out simple and hassle free, please fill out this form no later than 12:00 pm on the day of your departure to begin the process of refunding your security deposit.





What happens after I fill out the Check Out form?

1. We will verify the status in which you leave your room and if the physical key/tag is inside the room. If everything is in order, it will not be necessary to deduct an amount greater than the fee that is automatically deducted from your security deposit. 
2. We will check that your account has no debits.
3. It is important to read in detail the information requested in the Check Out form. If you have any questions, please send a ticket to covive.mx/help and we will help you.
4. We will check that all the furniture and accessories that you received during your stay are complete and in good condition: see table of reference prices, these are enunciative but not limiting.

Retentions/Penalizations of the Security Deposit: 


1. Penalty for days in advance, if the departure date is not notified 30 days in advance, the previous nights not notified will be charged from the deposit.
2. Retention for rate adjustment 1, if the minimum stay is NOT met, a price adjustment will be made proportional to the time inhabited according to our price table.

How long will it take for my security deposit to be refunded? 

The refund process starts the official day you leave the house, it may take up to 30 business days for the refund to be reflected in the credit/debit card that you used to pay the security deposit. We ask you to be patient.

 The time that takes for the refund made by Stripe to be reflected is 5 to 30 business days.
