You have 5 days to pay your Monthly Contribution, from the 6th day of the due payment, interest will begin to be generated according to the provisions of the contract. We suggest you pay on time and review your lease
The card with which you’ll make the payment of the deposit will be the same card to which we’ll make the refund of your deposit at the end of your stay. Choose the one that suits you best for this.
If you are 3 times on the list of delinquent inhabitants, we’ll have to terminate your contract.
The furniture included in your Contract and Monthly Contribution is: a bed, mattress, nightstand, closet, bedding and towels, and nightstand lamp with a spotlight. It does NOT include a desk and chair, this is an extra service that consists of a monthly rent.
The services included in your Contract and Monthly Contribution are: maintenance, internet, electricity, water, purified water, gas and weekly cleaning service in the shared areas (sweeping, dusting, cleaning kitchen countertops and grill, garbage removal, exterior cleaning of refrigerators, cleaning of windows and counter-door glass).
It’s your responsibility to take care of your belongings inside the house, COVIVE will provide the necessary support in case you take legal action for theft or loss but in no way means that COVIVE assumes responsibility for what happened.
In the event of any theft, damage, loss or misplacement, you must make a detailed description of the facts in this link within a period not exceeding 24 hours after the incident occurred.
The purpose of requesting a detailed description in case of theft or loss is to have all the pertinent information in writing and documented, that way it’s easier for us to understand what happened and take the necessary precautions and measures.
If it’s necessary to make any repairs in your room, the common areas or the house, it’s mandatory to inform COVIVE in writing of said situation, requesting a copy with acknowledgment of receipt, or through this link.
In case of losing or for some reason not being able to return the keys to your room at the end of your stay, you’ll be penalized for the price of the keys, this amount will be withheld from your deposit to cover that expense.
